Kayak tours in Cornwall

Why not make a kayak holiday out of your visit to Padstow and surrounding areas? Combine two magical kayak experiences with some fine dining in one of the many excellent restaurants or simply kick back and explore the wonderful coastline and beaches that this special area has to offer. are delighted to announce that we will be running our weekend kayak tours taking in two stunning locations -the coastline around Harlyn Bay and the  Camel estuary in Padstow. Our sit on top kayak adventures are a great way of exploring these wonderful areas and getting a different perspective. Our kayak guides will take you on an adventure exploring the local area visiting areas that can generally only be accessed by water. No previous experience is necessary as our sit on top kayaks are very stable and there is no risk of entrapment should you capsize which is rare.

What you need to know

Timings: Our session times vary due to the tides. please check our availability. We aim to run one coastal session and one estuary session. If conditions are not appropriate for the ocean we will run two estuary sessions. It is very rare that conditions are not safe in the estuary – this is a perfect place to kayak. We mainly use double kayaks, singles are available on request.

Ages restrictions: Our min age is 10yrs. If under 16yrs we prefer an adults to be with them as they may need assistance with paddling the kayaks. If you have younger participants and part of a group please speak to us. Our double kayaks can accommodate two adults and a small child as long as the weight limit is not exceeded.

Weight restrictions: For novice paddlers our double kayaks can take up to a recommended max combined weight of 193kg. They can be rigged to be paddled solo.  Single kayaks 100kg  NOTE – we can easily rig our double kayaks up to be paddled as a single should you be concerned about solo weight limits

Weather: The wind and surf can effect this session, if we deem the conditions not to be appropriate to run we will contact you a day prior to your sessions. We still go ahead in the rain.

Price: Special price £80pp for both sessions.
